[226] โลกแห่งนิทาน... ผ่านเข้าทางประตูภาษา

สวัสดีครับ
ผมพยายามหาเว็บนิทานที่มีทั้งเนื้อเรื่องภาษาอังกฤษและคำแปลภาษาไทย แต่ก็หาไม่ค่อยได้
แต่ก็ยังโชคดี ไปเจอเว็บนึง เป็น “เรื่องแปลจากแบบเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ

และอีกเว็บนึงไม่ใช่นิทาน แต่เป็นเรื่องเล่า “กฎแห่งกรรม” โดย หลวงพ่อจรัญ มีทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย

-เว็บนี้เขาแปลเทียบภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ ทีละตอนสั้น ๆ แถมมี search ให้ค้นหาศัพท์อังกฤษ และศัพท์ไทย ที่มีอยู่ใน ต้นฉบับและในสำนวนแปลอีกด้วย ซึ่งมีประโยชน์มากในการดูสไตล์การแปลของผู้แปล น่าสนในทีเดียวครับ
-มีเรื่อง “พันธุ์หมาบ้า” ของ ชาติ กอบจิตติ, เรื่อง “จัน ดารา” ของ อุษณา เพลิงธรรม, เรื่อง“ทางโคลน” และ “ก่อกองทราย” ของ ไพฑูรย์ ธัญญา, เรื่อง “คนกับเสือ” ของ เสกสรร ประเสริฐกุล, และเรื่อง “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” แปลเป็นไทยชื่อ “พ่อมดมหัศจรรย์แห่งออซ โดย ดร. ชาญวิทย์ เกษตรศิริ ที่เว็บนี้ครับ: http://seasrc.th.net/bitext/

อ่านนิยาย/เรื่องสั้นของไทยที่แปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ประมาณ 20 เรื่อง เช่น เรื่องปีศาจ คำพิพากษา จันดารา และอื่น ๆ ที่ดัง ๆ ในอดีต

แต่ถ้าเป็นนิทานภาษาอังกฤษจากเว็บต่างประเทศนั้น มีมากมายมหาศาลจริง ๆ ดูเหมือนเขาจะตั้งใจสร้างเว็บพวกนี้ให้เด็ก ๆ โดยเฉพาะ แต่สำหรับเด็กไทยที่อ่านภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง เว็บพวกนี้อาจจะต้องให้คุณพ่อคุณแม่ หรือคุณครูจูงลูกหลานหรือลูกศิษย์เข้าไปอ่าน ตัวผมเองพอเข้าไปดูด้วยตัวเองแล้วก็พบว่าน่าสนใจจริง ๆ

อยากชักชวนทุกท่านเข้าไปดูครับ ท่านอาจจะพบวิธีใหม่ ๆ ในการสอนภาษาอังกฤษแก่ลูกหลานก็ได้ หลาย ๆ เว็บไม่ได้มีเพียงตัวหนังสือเท่านั้น แต่มีภาพ เสียง แอนิเมชั่น และเกมอื่น ๆ ให้เล่นอีกหลายอย่าง ลองเข้าไปดูซีครับ
